Ah, the time has come when I can relax.
When my body can unwind and feel connected to the earth and my own insides again.
When I can let go of all the inconsequential matters of the day, become entirely present and reorder that which is of true value and importance to me.
I am glad that I have made this time.
I am glad that I’ve created this knowing within my mind that I can pause, separate from my circumstances and recapture my innate balance…..
so I can acquire a flow and a dignity, uplift my consciousness and regain a sense of peace.
My meditation practice places my thoughts, my body and my heart all in the same place at the same time. I drink deeply of my breath and reclaim my courage. I release everything that is outside of me and calm and nurture myself.
I restore my human kindness as I replenish my parched spirit.
Ah, the time has arrived when I can relax.
